Donna Didlick is an experienced manager, trainer, and leader in the community services sector who specialises in program development, quality management systems and workforce development.
At MIFA, Donna leads the Finding North initiatives.
In 2020, Donna joined the MIFA team and now works in partnership with Zoey Ka and Crystal Heffron to deliver projects that champion the voice of lived experience. MIFA engages a Co-design Team and the Finding North Network Advisory Group to ensure Finding North is guided and led by people with firsthand experience of living with mental health conditions.
Donna believes that harnessing the voice of lived experience to direct future mental health policy and service reform will lead to better mental health outcomes for everyone.
