Antidepressant Medication
Antidepressant medications are often used to treat depression, anxiety and related mental health conditions.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a type of talk therapy that looks at how your thoughts, feelings, and actions affect your problems.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT is a type of therapy that uses proven methods to help people make changes to their behaviour. The goal is to become more aware of your thoughts and feelings and choosing how to act based on what's important to you.
Antipsychotic Medication
People experiencing schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and bipolar disorder often find antipsychotic medications helpful in reducing or eliminating their symptoms.
Complementary Therapies
Complementary therapies don't treat mental health conditions but are used to help improve our overall health and well-being, for example to help feel better physically and emotionally.
Electroconvulsive Therapy
Electroconvulsive therapy is a medical treatment for severe depression, bipolar disorder and psychotic illnesses such as schizophrenia, and may be recommended when other treatments are ineffective.
